We are a small firm working for non-profit issues and campaigns. We

would apply to what we are trying to convey.

Targeting: Identifying or selecting specific voters, or the benefits
of micro-targeting as in identifying voters in your campaign's

Targeting: as in tailoring your campaign approaches to the people you
are trying to reach. TV can be targeted but only to a certain
extent--mail can be micro targeted using surname and non surname
information on voters
