We are a small firm working for non-profit issues and campaigns. We
are writing a pamphlet and need some quotations/proverbs/sayings that
would apply to what we are trying to convey.
For example: Necessity: Necessity is the mother of invention"---Then
for our purposes "but in this case the impetus of creativity "

Fundamental as in these are the fundamental foundations of the theory.

Fundamental as in the fundamental elements of a good political campaign strategy
