Irwin Home Equity (www.ihe.com), a financial services company, is a
subsidiary of a bank and that bank is part of Irwin Financial.

I want to know the dollar amount of IHE's mortgage loan originations
in 1997 and 1998.  Please state whether the dollar amounts are for
prime, nonprime, or a combination of the two.  The amounts for prime
and nonprime (i.e. a reference to credit quality) may be separate or
combined -- just clarify in the answer for both years.

I only want to know for IHE, not for the three companies that make up
Irwin Financial.
