Are pellet guns(rifles), legal in Mexico? I can purchase one in Mexico
at Walmart, as long as I show my FM3.

Yes, they are legal. You can pourchase them in any department store,
but from my experience the bullets are hidden so you should ask
someone to get them for you.

As long as you are over 18 years old(maybe younger in Mexico) then
they are 100% legal. Some large cities do have laws about discharging
them in town, but are legal to own.
