'Planet Zanussi' was the marketing tag used by Zanussi, the Italian
manufacturer of household appliances, in UK advertising campaigns in
the mid 1990s.

The phrase has, mysteriously, apparently taken on new life in
newsgroups (particularly British-based ones) as an ironic byword for a
fantastical planet, thus:
"David Icke thinks they're all lizards from the planet Zanussi, or
"I am also 6 stone, female, have three eyes... come from the planet
and can design fantastic websites"
"I can imagine her on the planet Zanussi perhaps."
