People often talk about how an organisational culture change makes
people happier and therefore more productive, but is there any
research published that proves this statistically? If so, please can
you let me know the author, publication title, plus where and when
published. If you find more than 10 publications, please select the
most recent. I am particularly interested in any UK publications, but
am also interested to know worldwide. By the way, productivity in this
case is productivity per employee, which is defined as (profit before
interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (PBITDA)+ cost of
employees)/number of employees. Productivity is therefore expressed in
£'s/employee. The "Culture" of an organisation is "the way we do
things that affects how people feel and behave". Hope you can help.
