I am trying to compile a list of email marketing companies AND THEIR
EMAIL ADDRESSES and also get a cursory opinion about if they are a
company that actually delivers millions of emails per day for their
customers versus just a marketing company.

I need someone to go through the ~120 links on the following web page:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/E-mail/Marketing/

and compile a list of email addresses per company.

What I want ultimately is a tab or comma delimited file in this format:
Company Name[tab]Sales Email[tab]Business Partnership Email[tab]Rating


Not all companies will have both a sales and business partnership
email -- but they should all have at least a sales email.  The process
should simply be click each link, click their "Contact Us" link, and
copy and paste the email address(es).

The Rating column is simple 1-3 where,
1 => this company likely does NOT send emails themselves, rather they
sell software or marketing solutions

2 => this company probably does send emails, but the web page also
advertises lots of other software/marketing solutions--it likely isn't
solely focused on delivering emails

3 => this company primarily is focused on delivering emails for its clients


I don't want you spending a lot of time determining this 'Rating'
column--a quick glance at their home page should give you an indicator
which value it should be.

You can compile this data in Excel--if Google Answers allows an
attachment as an answer, you can upload the Excel file.  If not you
can save it as a tab-delimited or comma-delimited file and copy and
paste the data in as your answer.  (Just be careful for a
comma-delimited file that the columns are escaped b/c some company
names have commas in them.)

I was able to create an Excel file that you can use. Please take note
that at the time I visited them, some links are not functioning
properly so I left the contact information there as blank. Some
companies also do not have a specific email for SALES. Whenever that
happens, I take other email addresses that might be able to help you.
Finally some websites do not publish their email address but only
provide a contact form for you to fill in with you inquiry. When this
situation happen, I just pasted the link to the contact form.
