In Berkshire county Massachusetts, what are the top two healthcare
insurance plans available for self-employed individuals ... based on
three factors:
1)best providers and hospitals (in and out of network, including
hospitals in Boston) ... a commitment to quality care and preventive
medicine (preferably a not-for-profit organization)... and cost.

It's for two people (my wife and me). We're currently paying
$930/month for a plan with Health New England which includes
prescription benefits. We've been considering Harvard-Pilgrim and the
Tufts plans. Are these the two best available ... or are there
others?
