I live in NJ, can you tell me if the other person is there too? OR in
Kansas like she says.  I ran some of this info in various searches and
got places like Slovenia, Sterling, VA (AOL headquarters?) and
California.

Hmm im from kansas. Can't really tell as you said they are comming up
at different locations. Maybe if she had a local isp we could help.
