I am looking for an online forum for industrial property developers. 
(These are folks that build warehouses and other types of industrial
property)

What I'm looking for is something that is free or inexpensive to
participate in, and focuses on discussion of industrial property
development.  It would be a place where people ask questions and
exchange views and techniques about industrial development.  It might
be called a forum, a message board, a bulletin board, a discussion
group, a news group, or something else.  It would NOT be a place where
people go to try to sell deals or products, but a place to share
knowledge.  Here is one that I already know about:

I would think there would be some more of these out there, but I've
been unable to find them.  Oh, and it should be one that's active --
there's one or two out there with just a few posts.
