rehabilitation programs are there in the Phoenix or Chandler, Arizona
areas (or surrounding areas, i.e. Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale) that can
teach a 22 year old male (who is not on disibility, has no official
diagnosis of any mental or physical condition, and has no criminal
record) to find and keep employment?
