I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "redirecters URL" in this
context.  If you have Mozilla's Firefox browser (
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ ), you can download
LiveHTTPHeaders ( http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/ ), which will
allow you to see information on the redirect.  In this case,
LiveHTTPHeaders shows that there is no URL between
http://www.3298.net/ and http://premium.kantanshop.com/rspeed2/ ,
though it does show information on the redirect.

Is this information sufficient?  If so, please let me know, so that I
may post it as an answer.
