I am interested in nurturing and educating teenagers academically,
emotionally and spiritually to become leaders in a private
multi-ethnic christian school setting in NJ.I would ultimately like to
run the school as a
principal. What type of post masters studies can I pursue to help
better prepare for such?  I already have a law degree and an M.A. in
counseling (still need to do the field work for licensure)? I would
like advice as to further education that may be helpful and the type
of training that may be helpful plus where and how to get such
preferably in NJ/NY/CT area.

No, I do not have a degree in education though I have taught
informally and lectured at highschool, college and adult levels. I
would like the most efficient route to obtraining the required/maximum
knowledge in running a high school whether it be part-time or
full-time.
