MDplot (Minnesota Datametrics Corporation) is software used for
digitizing images into contours and points.

What is the export file format used by the latest version of MDplot
(version 3.3)?  I am looking for information that I can use to convert
these files into other formats, so I need detail regarding byte
offsets & such.
