I have found a source for the recording that you seek.

The song is listed as "Tokyo Melody," but it is Decca 12039, so I am
certain that it is the correct song.

Here is a second source for your record. It is, however, much more
expensive than the source listed above, probably because it is in
virgin/unplayed condition:
