Looking for the rates and related contact information for cost
effective advertising on bus benches and other media near metro stops
in San Francisco and the surrounding bay areas.

The target audience for these ads is people that regularly use the
metro transit system.

Please do not include advertising that is sold thru the San Francisco
transit authority or related metro organizations.

I have contact information for advertising inside the bus, outside the
bus, in the bus shelter, and in subway and commuter-rail stations in
the San Francisco-East Bay-Oakland area. One company has a monopoly on
these services. Would this information suffice as an answer, or do you
need to know something else?

This is for advertising for legal assistance and we have heard that
there may be restrictions on lawyer advertising in areas controlled by
the S.F. Metro. As such, we are looking for advertising oppportunities
that are run by independent organizations.

I understand your concerns. The private company in question is not
affiliated with the Metro authority, but does advertise on some of
their property. If I am able to confirm that they accept
legal-assistance advertising, would you consider this fact, together
with their contact information, to be a complete and satisfactory
answer to your question?

If they will accept advertising from attorneys who sometimes represent
individuals that may have been injured on the metro, then a contact
name, phone number, etc. for the appropriate advertising person would
suffice.

I do lawyer advertising with 1-800-HURT-911. I work with Inter/Media
Advertising in L.A, which is the largest direct response ad agency in
the US with clients such as Ditech.com, the US Army and of course,
1-800-HURT-911.

I have a blog for lawyer advertising at
www.Lawyer-Advertising-Blog.com. You will find some articles very
useful when it comes to outdoor advertising and billboards. There are
some articles, particularly on branding and 1-800 vanity phone numbers
with information pertaining to outdoor advertising. By the way, I do
not suggest this type of advertising unless it is in conjunction with
TV or is on a bench directly in front of a hospital. As you can read
in my articles, you must have a vanity number for outdoor advertising.
For the cost of outdoor advertising, you can be on TV, which is far
more cost effective than any other media. See:
http://www.hurt911.org/lawyer-advertising/lawyer-advertising-basics.html

Even if you have a limited budget, 1-800-HURT-911 has proven to
successfully compete with a tiny budget, even in a small market,
against three law firms spending millions.

I have found only one type of media which is more cost effective than
TV. It brings in only a small number of cases, but very valuable
ones.

If you're interested in speaking with me, please send me a note from
one of my web sites, www.HURT911.org or
