Hi Starshine,
(Let me first clarify that Google won't let me become a researcher, so
unfortunately, although I can answer your question, I won't receive
any compensation. If you are happy with what I've done, I'd appreciate
if you would let me know.)
Anyways, unfortunately, there is no law against "shoddy work", I wish
there were! I've bought things on many occaisions, only to have them
fall apart.
Pretty much, (someone correct me if I'm wrong), the most you can do is
contact the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. If
enough complaints are filed, they will investigate the corporation
further (especially if it is a large one), and your complaint will
always stay on their record.
The link to file a complaint is:

Now, onto part #2 of your question. The illegal immigrant problem is
definitely a serious one. Here's a recent article that says the 2000
Census raised many questions (and alarms, especially with terrorism in
our country) about this issue:

Here's an ARCHIVE of similar situations, the states in which they were
reported, and newspapers that covered the story. This may also give
some insight, if you browse through them, you will see how each
particular case came to be reported.

As far as immigration goes, the agency with jurisdiction is almost
always the United States Department of Justice, particularly the
Immigration and Naturalization Service. I suggest you contact the
field office closest to you, and here is a link where you can find a
map and contact information of the particular offices:

Since you live in Florida,

Okay, onto part #3 of your question:
About them not paying the employees that have done work for them, are
you one of these such employees? Or a lawyer representing an
employee? IF that's the case, you could (again, someone correct me if
I'm wrong) file a civil suit against the company. Here is a very
helpful article regarding small claims in Florida.

If that's not your purpose, you can most definitely contact the
Florida Department of Labor. Here is a link for "Judges of
Compensation Claims" http://www.jcc.state.fl.us/jcc/default.cfm.
Additionally, you can fill out an online form at
http://jccnet.doah.state.fl.us/jcc/email.cfm?address=1.
Also, you can call the office at (850)487-1911.
I hope this was the answer that you needed, please let me know if I
helped, and if I can do anything further for you!!
