I need HTML code that I can cut and paste into my website page(s) so
visitors can forward to a friend.  This should have a counter to keep
track of the number of emails addresses the pages are sent to.  As I
will be using this on several pages, I need a way of counting email
sent for each page.  I do not want email about who is sending the page
or who receives the page.

The ideal situation is that the forwarding and tracking be done by my
website.  If that is not possible, the next solution would be that I
have several choices of websites that can provide the service for
minimal cost.
