Would like some sources to back up the following three points: * Financially succesful people tend to rise early and work long hours. * Financially succesful people tend to be have large networks of friends/mentors/associates/etc. * Financially succesful people tend to spend carefully. |

Maybe you could define "financially successful?" Career? Assets? Happine$$? Book: "The Millionaire Next Door" http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0671015206/102-2982367-6669751?v=glance Sometimes it's hard to tell exactly who is really successful, versus who is heavily in debt, but "rich" with shiny toys. |

The three you mentioned are generally correct, except some activities require working til midnight or later, so early to rise would be harmful to most of these people. Spend carefully can become a distructive obsession, so moderation is appropriate. Working smart is more important than working long. A successful person often appears to be loafing, but they are analyzing and gathering opinions from mentors about the details of activities they may be doing soon. Neil |
