I'm interested in finding out the number of periodontal surgeries per
year in the USA.  More specifically, I would like to find out
the number of periodontal procedures that require pre-treatments with
chlorhexidine or other antibiotics.  I am not interested in finding
out how many root canals, extractions, etc. are performed.
