I am looking to start a polyester chip/fiber factory.  I would like to
know about the process?  Who are the major Companies in this industry?
Who manufactures the equipment to make polyester chips and i would
like to know maybe if there is a ranking of them or who is the best? 
Also i would like to get a rough idea how much an operation like this
would require?
Any additional information that is provided will be helpful.
