My guess would be video drivers for an ATI based graphics card under
Windows NT, based on the name. And if you do a search for NTATIVMDXX,
only two sites come up, both of which seem to be installers of some
sort for ATI video drivers.

The same search without the NT (i.e. ATIVMDXX) brings up the following
page:http://drivermagic.co.nz/p/nph-display.php?a=128.58, which states
it is the VBI codec for Macrovision detection for ATI
