I use IE version 6.0. When I browse websites, I sometimes place my
cursor over links to see the URL of the link. However, I've noticed
that I'm not able to view those URL's when I place my cursor on them
anymore. I think there used to be a little gray bar above the taskbar
that used to show the URL's, but I think it disappeared. Can you tell
me how to fix this?

The bar that you're referring to is called the Status Bar.

I'm glad to have been able to help.

The Microsoft Knowledge Base is a great place to find answers to IE
problems. Who should know better about how to fix it than the folks
who broke it in the first place? :-D

Many thanks for the cheese. My mouse is most appreciative.

Best regards,
pinkfreud
