Hi tequilla,
Well, this has been a most interesting search! There are all kinds
of companies out there that can provide what you and your partner are
looking for. I didn't find anything local to you, but fortunately,
until the critical moment, you and the sperm don't even have to be in
the same country. Many of the companies allow all of the selection
choices (in fact more!) that a local sperm-bank would offer you, and
will ship internationally.
Be sure to read al the fine print in the international companies. They
are filled with useful and practical information as well as their
requirements. For example, they will not ship sperm to you, but only
to a physician. So you will have to work with your doctor on this.
Rather than list all the companies worldwide, I've selected a handful
that seem to represent the top-end as far as reputation go.
IN AUSTRALIA
"Sydney IVF is Australia's premier centre for all facets of
infertility and IVF treatment. Sydney IVF leads in new technology,
such as surgical sperm retrieval for Intracytoplasmic Sperm Insertion
(ICSI), and genetic diagnosis. To make treatment easier for you,
Sydney IVF has a number of suburban, regional and overseas branches as
well as our head office and laboratories in the centre of Sydney."

INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES
"Fairfax Cryobank, a division of the Genetics & IVF Institute, is one
of the world's largest human sperm banks. The Cryobank provides a
large selection of the most up-to-date genetic and infectious disease
tested donor semen, as well as freezing and storage services to
patients desiring to have their own semen specimens preserved for
future use."
Read their website end-to-end and you'll see that they offer full
comprehensive services including: Photo matching, Genetic
counselling, Donor selection counselling, 2nd child by same donor, and
Gender Selection.
They will work in conjunction with your physician and they ship
worldwide via Federal Express.

(I'm not entirely sure I like the look of this website. Feels a little
commercial to me. You might just use it to identify other sperm banks
rather than "shop" for donors.)

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS IN AUSTRALIA
" The State of Victoria in Australia has made anonymous donation
illegal and clinics elsewhere in Australia are moving towards identity
release."

"Recent research in other countries has indicated that donors do not
necessarily demand anonymity and in fact many are interested in
outcomes. Countries such as Sweden, New Zealand, and Australia have
removed both payment and anonymity and this has not resulted in fewer
donors"

Sperm Donor Granted Access Rights by Family Court
Until recently, no sperm donor has ever issued a court challenge
requesting access rights to the child of a lesbian couple. In a case
known as Re Patrick, the Family Court of Australia in Melbourne has
granted a gay sperm donor the same access rights to his child as any
other father. Although the lesbian couple involved would be far from
thrilled with the decision, it provides groundbreaking recognition of
the existence and validity of same sex couples.

And finally, make sure you talk to your doctor about this. It is a
medical procedure and all precautions should be taken to make sure it
is safe and successful.
I hope this gives you enough to get started. For further information
use my search terms below and peruse the numerous websites out there.
Good luck -- K~
