I am an ex-pat living in Vancouver wanting to get expats registered to
vote.  Any way to get e-mailing lists of Americans living abroad?  Is
there any disclosure of  voter registration lists from abroad being
used by IRS,INS, or other government agencies?  How many absentee
ballots were counted in the last presidential election?  What % of
absentee ballots were from overseas?  % of absentee voters who voted
for Bush?  For Gore?
