Normally such video files are stored in the Internet Temporary Files
folder, the location of this folder depends on the browser used.
Please tell us wich is the browser is used and if you can the address
location of the video will be useful.

Can you tell us the extension of the file? Is it a windows media file
extension? (.asf, .wmv, .wma, .asx, .wmx, .wvx, .wax) Right click on
the link and view the properties to find out.

Thanks for responding. As it is, the user ended up giving me a copy
of the material on VHS casette, which I converted to a digital file
and then burned a DVD.

Thanks again.
