Question ID: 399747
$9.50 Question answered gets a $10.00 TIP!

I have combed the internet to get contact information on Steven
Davison--can't get it anywhere.

So, who's Steven Davison? Easy: He is this creative genius who works
for WDI (Walt Disney Imagineering). He produced/created the brand new
fireworks display at the Magic Kingdom called "Wishes." He has been
interviewed on many "unofficial" disney websites.

*****I believe that his info is in the Hollywood Blu-Book. It sells
for $80!! My copy is old and he is not listed. I don't know for
sure, but if you can locate Marty Sklar, then you will find him.
Marty Sklar is the head honcho of WDI! He is, in essence, the
gatekeeper and grand master for WDI. getting to Marty Sklar is easy.
Getting to Steven Davison is the challenge.

Thank you for your help! I am not looking for a long winded response.
I am seeking up-to-date contact info (address and title) to locate
him. (I AM NOT LOOKING FOR PERSONAL INFO) I'm trying to send him a
marketing kit.

Remember, answer gets a $10.00 TIP! Thanks! :)

What is the possibility that PINKFREUD-GA could answer this question?
I get the impression that (although most researchers are
wonderful)Pinkfreud-ga is THE BEST OF THE BEST IN RESEARCHING!!!!!!!

If Pinkfreud-ga is able to answer my question, I am going to up the
ante. I will leave a $15.00 tip. (but that is only if pinkfreud-ga
answers it)

Howdy. I heard someone say the magic word, "pinkfreud" (and the other
magic word, "tip"), so I figured I ought to make an appearance.

Are you already familiar with the WDI contact info on this page?

Oh good! You responded. Yes--I have seen this website, that's
exactly how I was able to track down Marty Sklar. He is a genius too.
But I am not so much interested in contacting the Imagineering
department. My point is to get in touch with Steven Davison. I don't
know if he is based out of Burbank or Florida. My gut tells me it's
Florida, but it very well could be Burbank.

If these off-shoot websites can get in touch with Steven and interview
him, I am certain that you will be able to track down his whereabouts.

Pinkfreud, you are amazing when it comes to getting information. You
are like a machine!! I don't know how you do it. I just want to get
in touch with him.

I have a feeling that you will be able to scratch up some gold!

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come to think of it....

Here's what I am going to do. I am going to call WDI tomorrow and see
if I can get confirmation that Steven is at the address (you gave me
via the website).

If it turns out that I am able to get to him through that vehicle.
GREAT! Post it as your answer and then I will tip. But if that
fails, then I am sending you back on the hunt for more specific info.

:) (I hope I don't come off as obnoxious or demanding!) And if I do,
I apologize. :)

I just tried the (818) phone number to access a receptionist or phone
list. The number seems to be disconnected. I am not sure if the
address is still correct. (I imagine it probably is, however.)

I hope other Researchers can give this a shot. I have no good leads.

Hmmmm...Pinkfreud-ga, don't fret. Remember, there are still 28 days
left on this thing. :)

Don't get discombobulated just yet. I am going to see if the number
Rainbow offered will be my ticket. Let's hope! heeheeheehee:)

Talk to you soon!

Cheers! Marshall

Hi rememberthemagic,

I have located this telephone number on a several up-to-date websites
for Marilyn Waters of Walt Disney Imagineering Media Relations. She
may be able to help you.

Marilyn Waters: 818-544-2142

I hope that helps.

Best regards,

I found one more phone number you might want to try. In a press
release from Sept. 20, Davison is credited as "creative director for
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts."

http://corporate.disney.go.com/news/corporate/2004/2004_0920_halloween.html

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is a seperate business unit of Disney,
operated out of Florida. Here is the limited, but free, fact sheet
from Hoover's Online:
http://www.hoovers.com/disney-parks-&-resorts/--ID__104368--/free-co-factsheet.xhtml

On the Hoover's page, 407-824-2222 is given as a phone number. If
Davison is working there, it would make sense that someone could give
you his extension or at least a mail box number.

Anyway, it's one more thing to try.
