I am looking for software that will allow me to customize my own
Greating card, stationary, labels etc.... that have these type of
caricators. Please see this website for the type of caracters I want
the software to contain. In fact I want buy the software to make the same
product that this website is attemting to sell. As I want to do the
same type of business.

These graphics exists on many websites as well there is someone in my
city selling stationary with the Caracters. I do believe there is a
company out there selling the software and the rights to use their
software for resale of creative stationary.

I am of the opinion that you will not find any such software.
Generally, graphics created for a resale application such as that one
would be created specifically FOR that application. You could go to
www.clipart.com, but I think that you'll find them telling you that
you can't use it for resale purposes, I'm not sure. As for the
customization of those products, I believe you'd find that the owners
of that website had their application custom-programmed by ASP
programmers. So, if I were you, I'd be looking for a graphic artist
and an ASP programmer to help accomplish your goal.
