I am going crazy. 

I can't figure out how to generate a URL to an album from Picasa so
that I can post it as a link on my blog.  I click on "actions," then
"export album as web page" then select template and all that.  It
saves it on to my hard drive.  I just can't figure out for the life of
me how to get a URL that will link directly to my photo album.  Please
help.  Thanks.

Picasa is not designed to create a webpage with a link, but to
organize albums on your harddrive which can be emailed, but not
shared as a weblink.

The program Hello is designed to work in conjunction with Picasa
in allowing you to post albums online, but only to Blogger blogs:
http://www.hello.com/how_bloggerbot_works.php
