Is there a website that does an in-depth review on software
applications, both free and paying services, for playing and recording
music on your computer that lists the different formats that each
program provides, i.e., mp3 burning to CD etc?

I am already familiar with RealPlayer, Windows Media Player,
Musicmatch Jukebox, and Roxio. I want to know if there are any good
free services that provide the option to burn in MP3 format to CD.

and this program can has a very good media library option, as well as
supporting internet tv and radio feeds as for burning it does 2x for
free, 48x for $14.95
