I am searching for the model types of iPod Mini from Apple. I want to
see if there is any correlation between the model number and where the
iPod was bought. Also are there any regionalisation issues to be aware
of? For instance it appears that M9435FE/A are Asian models available
in HK with a UK plug whereas M9435LL/A is a USA model with a US plug.
Are there any differences in the models except the model number?

There is no answer at this time.

I work for Apple as a Tier 1 iPod agent and as far as I know, the only
info contained in the SN is the date the ipod was manufactured.
