I am trying to estimate the breakeven cost point for producing DVD-9
discs. I believe the royalty payment is 14.4 c/disc. I also believe
that the cost of producing a stamper is 2x$500 which can be
distributed over the total number of discs. Other than capital
equipment and labor costs, what do the other costs (material,
allowance for bad discs & anything else that I may be overlooking)
amount to?
