Thank you for reading my question.

Could you please provide me with several sources from whom I could
obtain scrap pieces of flexible Polyurethane Foam.  It is the foam
that is used in La-Z-Boys and mattresses, etc.  I would also be
willing to accept manufacturers of flexible polyurethane foam.

Please make sure that the sources are located in the U.S.  If
possible, preferably in the midwest.
