Hello.
Yahoo's intraday all-time high was reached on January 4, 2000, when
the stock hit $500.13. On a split-adjusted basis (after two 2-for-1
splits) this would be the equivalent of $125.03 in today's shares.
The all-time high close was on January 3, 2000, when the stock closed
at $475.00. On a split-adjusted basis (after two 2-for-1 splits)
this would be the equivalent of $118.75 in today's shares.

Specifically, the low was reached on September 27, 2001, when the
stock dropped to $8.02. On a split-adjusted basis (after one 2-for-1
split) this would be the equivalent of $4.01 in today's shares.
The low close was actually a day earlier (September 26, 2001), when
the stock closed at $8.11. On a split-adjusted basis (after one
2-for-1 split) this would be the equivalent of $4.05 in today's
shares.

As for market cap at that point...
According to its 2001 10-K, Yahoo had 594,973,823 shares at the time,
(again this was before the most recent 2-for-1 split which double
Yahoo's outstanding shares to around 1.3 billion).

Also see the 2001 Annual Report from which we can determine the number
of outstanding shares for the end of 2000 and 1999 as well:
http://docs.yahoo.com/info/investor/ar01/yahoo_ar2001.pdf
As such, the September 27, 2001 low implied a market cap of
approximately $4.7 billion (i.e., $8.02 * 594,973,823).
That was quite a drop from the January 4, 2000 intra-day high when the
market cap was approximately $132.5 billion (i.e., $500.13 *
approximately 265 million shares at the time).
Thus to sum up...
Approximate
Date Market Cap (billions)
---- ----------
1/4/2000 (intra-day high) $ 132.5
9/27/2001 (bottom out) $ 4.7
9/14/2004 (yesterday) $ 45.2
