Like easterangel said, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the document. First, you need to decide which version is right for you machine. Visit this link and work backwards from the latest versions... http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrsystemreqs.html 6.0 will work on most newer machines. For windows 98 or earlier, try 4.0.5. The requirements must be met or the program will usually refuse to install. Download the program from these links.... newest versions http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html older versions http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/reader_archive.html Also, try downloading the document to your machine first. I've had some problems in the past with the browser plugins for acrobat. In Windows, right click and chose save target as... The file should appear as an adobe pdf icon if reader is installed.
