Hi!

Have you installed a PDF reader on your PC like Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Thanks!

Like easterangel said, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the
document. First, you need to decide which version is right for you
machine. Visit this link and work backwards from the latest
versions...
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrsystemreqs.html

6.0 will work on most newer machines. For windows 98 or earlier, try
4.0.5. The requirements must be met or the program will usually
refuse to install.

Download the program from these links....
newest versions
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/alternate.html
older versions
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/reader_archive.html

Also, try downloading the document to your machine first.
I've had some problems in the past with the browser plugins for
acrobat. In Windows, right click and chose save target as... The
file should appear as an adobe pdf icon if reader is installed. You
can then double click to open the file.

I you have any problems, don't hesitate to reply to this.
