Excluding the Top 5 in www.usnews.com -(but including Columbia U in NY
City) - which schools (all would be a 'sretch') would be more likely
to admit person with my profile - above plus 10 years Govt. Service
(Procrement) - 10 years Corporate sales experience. One part time Grad
Research Methos nad Computer Apps course as refresher.  Interested in
Schools in usnews Top 15 only.

this is not an answer to your question, but in addition to best school
that you can get accepted to, you might also consider the best school
that would give you a scholarship.  My scores are each a bit lower
than yours, and I just started at a state school on an almost full
ride scholarship.  With your experience and high scores, you might get
a substantial scholarship to a reasonably-ranked school.  The average
law student is borrowing over $60k/yr for the three years.

It's nothing to brag about.  It's a midwestern school named after a
region of the state, not even the whole state.  We're us news rank 70
something.  But imho, and having worked an admin job at a very large
firm in Florida, law firm hiring is more regional than anything. 
Firms recognize the "good" school in their area, more so than they
specifically look at nation-wide rankings.  The one for which I worked
hired mostly from UF, some Stetson and occasionally Duke - and at the
time I believe they were the largest firm in the southwestern US. 
People tend to give the us news ranking more value than it's worth,
imo.
