Question ID: 401133
I am looking for information on what other public or private companies
there are investing in car dealership real estate.

In essence, I am looking for
1. names,
2. web-site links,
3. Any press releases

to competitors of Captive Automotive REIT (ticker: CARS). These
companies have to be in the business of financing car dealerships by
buying and selling back leases real estate where existing car
dealerships operate. It is a relatively new business apparently,
however there may be private companies and maybe public companies that
are doing it.

Thanks for your help.
