It would help if you could provide some details of how the employment cost is made up and the activity concerned. Also, which country are you referring to? |

Hire women. Women on a national average make significantly (5-15%) less money than their male counterparts. They demand equal pay for equal work, but don't seem to be getting it. So hireing women should do the trick. A side note, some argue that women, being more socially active at work, generally weaker, troubled by monthly ovulation, periodic pregnancy, and some what more hostile durring stressfull times- are not as good workers as the simple honest working man. |

you could check your absenteism rate. if you are ready to "step into the unknown", seek the advice of feng-shui experts in order to harmonize energies in your workspace |
