Which Dilbert comic has the line "Measure twice, cut once?"

"Measure twice, cut once" is a real carpenter's slogan (Norm Abrams
used to say this on "This Old House.")

The Dilbert version, as I recall it, has the Pointy-Haired Boss
seeking a new slogan for a construction project. Dilbert sarcastically
suggests "Measure once, cut twice." The boss loves it.

That's the one. I'd just like the date for that comic on dilbert.com
which unfortunately doesnt allow any kind of search...
