Could you please give some more information ?
Are you looking both for watches and stamps ?
As the word stamp has several meanings in english we must make sure
what you really mean. Pieces of paper put on letters are called stamps
in english, not stamp. A stamp is a device used for printing (e.g.
dates) on paper.

Are you looking for specific watches or watches in general ?

First of all I must say that your question was by far more difficult
than I thought when I began my search. The problem is that many shops
do not use UPS but FedEx or USPS for the shipping. I visited about 50
shops before I could solve your problem.
I found two online shops for watches for you that ship by UPS.

2000 watches sell watches of different brands and ship all over the
world for only $ 12. They accept visa or mastercard
"We use Federal Express, UPS and TNT as our courier service and charge
only $12.00 per item for shipment to anywhere in the world"
"You can make payment using Visa or MasterCard directly through our
secured on-line ordering system, which is protected by the Secured
Socket Layer (SSL) technology"
( )

Orolus confimed that you can select UPS, I contacted them in their
live chat help system:

I hope this helps to solve your problem.
