I'm a court reporter. I'm looking for a word that might sound like
the word "inland" as used in testimony from a witness in the following
exchange: Question: "What other therapy did you have for your neck
and shoulders?" Answer: "Aquatic therapy; inland therapy."

I don't know what it could mean as a type of therapy, but how about
"aquatic therapy and land therapy" (pronounced 'n' land)?

My guess is that the witness said "on land therapy." The usual term
for non-aquatic" therapy would be "land-based," but I wouldn't be
surprised that someone might say "on land" in answer to a question:

Googe Search: "land based therapy"

I am sure you probably already have prepared your transcript but I
wonder if the witness might have said traction? I had both aguatic and
traction therapy for my shoulder and neck. Too bad you don't have
access to the depositions because I bet they listed it in there.
