Need outsourced Voicemail system with 3 branches that goed to pagers
We want to setup a support hotline that customers can call.
They would get a automated voicemail system that would say something
like? ie for IT support press 1, for billing press 2, for status
updates press 3.
If number 1 was pressed then the tech guy would get paged. His pager
has an email address,? and offer our callback service.
If number 2, then the billing person would get sent an email
If number 3, then they would get a recorded message (this one isn?t
critical and could probably be left out).
We would like to pay under $20/month for such a service. I local
number is fine, we don?t need an 800 number.
