I want to get some auctions sites or find some surplus fasteners  e.g 
nuts & bolts. and also wants to know if there are any special
magazines for the pupose which are being published and get the
addresses.

Since 'fasteners' and 'nuts & bolts' are a little vague, you might
want to search here for a more specific item.

You can also search their Company Directory.  I did a broad USA search
and returned 885 Companies.

Apparently, there is also a Fastener SuperStore as well.
