I live on Long Island, NY and I want to sell cigars. I want to know who to contact.

What is the procedure for buying cigars wholesale (for retailers only)? 

Do you import yourself, or do you buy from an importer?

Are there cigar delivery people, similar to produce salesman? Call in
your order, get it delivered by your local distributor?

Give me a list of some people that I can contact to purchase cigars
for my store. I?m not interested in paying retail price, or purchasing
from so-called wholesalers that will sell to anybody. Where do cigar
stores buy from?

What is the normal markup on a cigar on Long Island NY?

Are cigars sold on consignment or do you have to pay large amounts of
money to keep inventory stocked?
