What is the turnover/sales in USD or Euros of the management
consulting industry in the OECD?. I need a split between the following
sub-industries
1) Management consulting itself but not including IT-consulting
2) Management courses
3) Management books
4) Management magazines
5) E-learning if possible

If OECD difficult then world-wide figures are acceptable

A best estimate of turnover would do. Item 1 is not so important. If
no split between management books and management magazines can be
made, that is not too bad either. Just try your best :-)
