I don't know how can banks and stores use customer infomation to make
payment. How can bank know if the store is calling for a payment but
not a stolen-man. How can store contact bank, and why don't store use
their customer credit card infomation to get money... I'm just a
teenboy want to know more! Please help me!

Stores cannot always tell whether a credit card is being used
fraudulently or not. It's a big issue but new anti-fraud measures are
continually being developed.
