After watching Steve Irwin play in the mud the other night I began
wondering what the man is actually worth. I mean financially. I
googled it but couldn't really get anywhere. Anybody know?

According to Business Review Weekly
[Date: as of 4/2001]....
Steve Irwin's estimated Yearly earnings were reported to be:
$8.7 Million US 
or $16.3 Million Australian

Then there's his movie [The Crocodile Hunter: Collission Course],
which made over $33 Million worldwide.
Information about his earnings from that movie and possible gross 
points have not been disclosed.
