I have a Compaq Presario 12XL400.  I bought a replacement battery for
it from Kahlon.  I am not able to charge either the original battery
or the replacement battery.  How do I know if it is a problem with my
computer or else with the batteries.  Thank you.

I am not 100% sure.... but I think it's the pwoer adapter.

I have ordered a power adapter.  I plan on returning it if it doesn't
solve the problem.
