Hi rlasser,

I'd like to reply in depth to your clarification request, but the
information you requested is way beyond the scope of your original
question.

In addition, the request you have made requires a lot more research
that goes above and beyond the framework of a $2 question.
Researchers receive only 75% of that which is $1.50. A $2 question
generally can be answered with a single link or a single piece of
information.

Please review this Google Answers Pricing page for more detail.

Sample Questions at Various Price Points

"$2 - $5 · Can be answered with a single link or a single piece of
information. Sometimes, if a researcher is personally interested in
the question's subject, they may provide a longer answer."

I suggest you use the Contact Us page for the Fulbright Fellowship and
try to find the extra details you desire. That can be found at:
http://www.iie.org/Template.cfm?section=Contact_Us

This page also might be helpful to you.

If you prefer to open a new question perhaps another researcher can
follow up on the US-Japan information you are needing.

Best regards,
tlspiegel
