It is an idea based off of VNC.  It uses VNC as the base and I need
modification to the code.  I also need a really good PHP programmer as
well to do the other half of the program.

or the makers of vBulletin software (PHP/MySQL) have a forum for
hiring coders to customize their software. I don't see how they'd
mind...
